Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at this coastal gem, I was eager to explore its culinary offerings. The self-service European buffet breakfast featured a variety of local fruits, though I found the selection of items lacking in pastries and beverages like tea and coffee. Nonetheless, the atmosphere was pleasant as I enjoyed my meal with a stunning sea view. Dining at the hotel's two onsite restaurants proved a delightful experience. The menu showcased a fusion of Indian, European, Chinese, and Mauritian cuisine. I particularly relished the grilled lobsters and the unique offering of Chinese fondue, which brought a new twist to my palate. Evening entertainment included local cultural performances that added to the overall festive ambiance. Richmond at the bar provided exemplary service, ensuring all requests were met with a smile. This hotel certainly captured the essence of culinary innovation along with the joy of beachside relaxation.
